STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern all services, programs, products, and engagements offered by Wellness Together. By booking a service, purchasing a product, or engaging with our offerings, you agree to these terms.

Any variations to these terms must be agreed to in writing.

2. Nature of Services

Wellness Together provides holistic wellness services including coaching, events, retreats, and educational content.

Our services are intended for personal development, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle support. They do not replace medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professionals where necessary.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session, event, or service unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are non-transferable unless explicitly approved.

For services with scheduled sessions or events:

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be refunded or rescheduled.

For events, retreats, and group programs:

Cancellation terms will be specified at the time of booking

Deposits, where applicable, may be non-refundable

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and experiential services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been delivered.

Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be outlined at the time of purchase.

Physical products may be eligible for return or exchange if defective, subject to review.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Wellness Together does not guarantee specific results. Our role is to guide and support, but transformation depends on individual engagement and commitment.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be treated with respect and confidentiality.

However, confidentiality may be limited in cases where:

there is risk of harm to the client or others

disclosure is required by law

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, frameworks, and resources provided by Wellness Together remain the intellectual property of the business.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wellness Together will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in services, events, or the use of products.

Clients participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for their wellbeing.

10. Products 
For any physical or digital products sold:

Individual results or experiences may vary

11. Payment Default 

Where payment is not received as agreed, Wellness Together reserves the right to:

suspend services

charge reasonable administrative or recovery costs

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time

Missed sessions may be forfeited
